Delete Your Account

You can request permanent deletion of your Paintrip account and associated content directly inside the iOS or Android app. If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email below.
Delete your account in 4 steps
Open Profile
Launch Paintrip and open the **Profile** tab in the bottom navigation.
Scroll to Danger Zone
Near the bottom of Profile, find the section labeled "Danger Zone."
Tap Delete Account
Confirm when prompted. You may be asked to sign in again first to verify it’s you.
That’s it
Paintrip removes your account and associated content from its active systems and returns the app to the welcome screen.
What gets deleted
- Your account record and remaining credit balance
- Every original photo and generated postcard in your history
- Your generation history and its metadata
- The Sign in with Apple / Google link to your Paintrip account
This action cannot be undone. Limited residual copies may remain temporarily in infrastructure backups, security logs or service-provider systems under the retention terms described in our Privacy Policy.
Deleting your Paintrip account does not cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. The store bills subscriptions independently, so you may continue to be charged unless you cancel it yourself. Deleting your account also permanently forfeits unused credits.
How to cancel your subscription
- On iPhone: open Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → select Paintrip → Cancel Subscription.
- On Android: open Google Play → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select Paintrip → Cancel subscription.
Can’t open the app anymore?
If you no longer have access to the app or your sign-in method, email linhdndev@gmail.com from the address linked to your account and we’ll delete your account and data manually.
